In order for us to offer you those great prices, there is a 15% restocking fee charge on any merchandise that is returned (Return or Exchange), exceptions being defective items or a shipping error on our part. We are working very hard to make our customer happy with our product, however if you are not completely satisfied with the product, please contact us and we will resolve the problem.

Unfortunately Sears does not offer an exchange option. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return request through Sears and place a new order. Refund will be processed with in 5-7 business days, from the day that we receive returned item. All returns must have RA# (Return Authorization Number). Contact All About Uniforms for this RA #.
Do not return product without RA number. No returns or exchanges after 30 days from invoice date. No exceptions. Shipping charges are not refundable.

All international orders placed on-line are shipped via UPS. Tariffs, taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer or recipient. Please check with local authorities for rates & regulations PRIOR TO ORDERING.
