We gladly accept all returns for exchange under the following terms and conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box. When trying shoes on, walk only on carpeted surfaces so as to not scuff the soles.
We will issue a refund of the purchase price, not including any shipping service. If the item is "Free shipping", we will offer full refund for it. Costs of returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will cover the return shipping if the item is incorrect , defective or damaged when received
