You may return an unused and uninstalled part in its original packaging; all return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure the products are packaged to prevent damage. Credit will be issued for the part(s) plus tax once received back in our depot. Please note, we will deduct the cost of shipping the item to you if you are returning an item that you misordered. Please also note that you are responsible for return shipping. If an item is defective we will need a brand, model # and a serial # off the appliance and in some the item back + you must cover a 14.95 reshipping charge for a warranty replacement. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON INSTALLED ITEMS. You must first obtain a Return Authorization number and include it with your return. Any item that is not in new condition that is opened but not installed will be charged a 25 percent restocking fee. If an item is USED and opened, no refund will be issued!
