Customers must get a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before they can send packages back for refunds. Failure to do so may result in lost and misidentified items. Items must return back to the correct logistics center or manufacturer from which they were shipped out, and not necessarily to our corporate headquarters.
IMPORTANT: Any returns that are sent by you without our authorization will risk being lost or invalid. Authorization of returns must be granted by us (Bargain Unlimited), and not by Sears. Customers must follow our return instructions correctly. In particular, you must send merchandise to the correct facility as specified by our instructions, in order for us to properly receive and assess the returned merchandise. Under no circumstances should merchandise be returned to a Sears department store or Sears facility. This will result in loss of the merchandise and forfeit of your refund. For RMA, return instructions, as well as return shipping label, please email
[email protected]. Returns will be authorized as long as the return window (30 days from the day of delivery) has not yet closed.
Note to Sears Representatives: Please make sure to obtain return instructions from us before sending merchandise back to us, in order to prevent loss of merchandise sent to wrong locations.
