Can I return the item for any reason?
At Secondipity, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not live up to your satisfaction, we will take it back within 30 days. Please see the above FAQ for our extended guarantee during the holiday season. All returns do require authorization, so please contact
[email protected] to initiate a return. Secondipity can offer level 1 technical support and can likely resolve most difficulties remotely. If the item is fully functional but you have decided you no longer need it, you have two weeks from date of purchase to initiate a return. Secondipity will refund 100% of the purchase price (including original shipping and sales tax). Return shipping and any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Secondipity will provide a full refund minus the cost of return shipping.
In the unlikely event of a functional defect with the item, Secondipity will provide a full refund. Upon receipt, Secondipity evaluates the item for functionality. If the item is defective, a full refund will be provided. Please keep in mind as you make your purchase that the items Secondipity sells can be new, refurbished or open box units. They will not always look like what you buy at the store, but they should always work just as well.
