We here at Tidy Vacuums strive for each order to be perfect, every time. We aren't perfect, and understand our customers aren't either. We assure you that if you ordered a correct part, and we sent you a different part from which you ordered, we will immediately expedite ship you the correct part including a pre-paid return label to return the incorrect part. If you ordered the incorrect part, and would like to exchange it for the correct one, please contact us directly and we may order the correct part and charge any change in price. We will then fully refund you upon return of the incorrect part which if exchanging for the correct part, we will include the pre-paid return shipping label, within 30 days of your orders delivery. Our small business is loaded with vac-aholics who are standing by ready to help you find the exact part which you need for your vacuum cleaner, no matter how obscure, or how old.
If you'd simply like to return your order to us for a refund, no RMA number is needed, please make sure the product is in the same condition it was shipped to you in, with a copy of your pick slip, or a note with your order number, and return it to us to our warehouse located at; Tidy Vacuums

571-322-5005 For used vacuum cleaners, or parts that are not returned in like new condition, or otherwise can not be sold as new condition, Tidy Vacuums reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee, as well as our initial shipment costs to the customer. Restocking fees are very rare, and only protect us from used or broken merchandise. All returns or exchanges must be made within the first 30 days after your order has been delivered.
