1. Without return authorization we don't accept the return and any refund. 2. We accepting return within 30 days receiving the item.
3. Make sure all tags and packaging are intact. 4. Returned product must be unopened and sealed, unless defective and damaged.
5. Due to health code regulations, underwear must be unopened and unworn. 6. Due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, you return items MUST be in a protective box or in a bag if it was sent to you in a bag. Otherwise return will not accept.
7. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable but our end error will pay you. 8. Before returning the product, please send an email. In your email, kindly include your Order Number, Date ordered, and Reasons for return.
9. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to receive and process your return. We will refund the item upon meeting the above returning conditions.
