We understand that sometimes there may be problems with electronic items. ALL items sold have a 1 Year MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. A Customers may return their purchases for exchange for another item, or a refund of the purchase price, within 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) and must comply with the following:

1. In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number to ensure a proper return/exchange. 2. Merchandise must be in its original mint condition as shipped, with all packaging, forms & papers intact, unaltered & not filled out.

3. Returns should be packed safely by the customer, to ensure arrival in good condition, and returned to us with shipping prepaid. 4. Items being returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expense incurred in shipping the item to them.

5. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide the return shipping label and issue full refund with no restocking fees. Customer is not responsible for Returning the Item. 6. Sears do not allow international shipping.

7. If you followed the instructions above, you may expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks after you return the item to us. Special Order items, so designated, are not refundable or returnable.
