Bed and Bath items are very personal items that come in direct skin contact with a person and as such have are very different return procedures than the default Sears.com Return Policies. ***ALL PACKAGES MUST BE INSPECTED PRIOR TO USE/WASHING** to ensure that the item is what they intended to get in terms of bed or bath type item (sheet set, duvet set, comforter, towels etc.), Size, Color. The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. Similarly the item description we have provided is as best possible. Personal preferences will vary from individual to individual. For instance a fabric may feel very soft to one person and the same fabric may feel otherwise to another person.


Return of Damaged or Wrong Merchandise. [Must be within 30 days of delivery]

On initial inspection if the items received are either damaged or incomplete or incorrect please contact us. For United States based buyers we will email a UPS return label which can be used to send back. We would ship the correct item to the customer upon the return of the incorrect item. We would be responsible for all re-shipping and return shipping fees. We must be notified within 5 business days of the delivery confirmation date via Sears for any damaged or wrong merchandise received.

Customers’ who receive shipments in error would be required to return the item immediately. We will issue the return label in PDF format and email it directly to the customer. On receipt of returns, the correct shipment will be shipped out at no cost to the buyer. Return of Bedding items that are UNOPENED and in Original Packaging

If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, please request a return authorization and simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt. We must receive your returned purchase in its original packaging and in re-sell-able condition. Item(s) must be in it's original packages. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, Duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.Restocking fees do not apply when item is returned as defective or because incorrect product was delivered. Opened, Unpacked, Used or Washed **********************************************
We do not accept open, washed or used bedding/bath items unless defective. This is a bit more complex especially as it relates to open/used/washed bedding and follow rules/regulation as per US Department of Health as well as the Center for Disease control. For Control and Prevention of illnesses, we just don’t touch/deal with washed-used bedding items as they may have been in direct skin contact with another human. Most buyer pay fully using major credit cards which provide "Return Protection" (Please check with your card issuer by calling their 800# to see if this benefit is available). Since we do not ideally accept opened, used or washed items due to buyer remorse a buyer may call the 800# on the back of the card and apply for "Return Protection" within 60 days of purchase.The credit card company may require that you send the merchandise into their salvage facility prior to issuing a full refund. We have had less than 1 in 1000 buyers wanting to return open, used or washed merchandise and 100% of all those that applied for Return Protection with their card provider were fully refunded by the latter. Returns Due to Refusing Shipments ******************************************
If an order is refused we will issue refund as per customer request. Refunds will less 15% restocking fees as refusal will be considered as buyer remorse.
