All return claims must be made within 30 days of the shipping date
Items returned must be received in salable condition with all original packaging, manuals, parts, accessories and paperwork intact. A 15% processing/restocking fee is charged for mattresses, foundations, assembled/upholstered indoor furniture, water heaters & built-in home appliances.

To avoid a 15% restocking fee on consumer electronics, patio furniture, gazebos, canopies, pergolas, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, space heaters & grills, these items must be returned unused & with the original box, product packaging, accessories & parts.

Shipping charges are not refundable. For all breast pumps and fertility monitors: due to their personal nature breast pumps and fertility monitors can NOT be returned unless they are unopened and the seal has not been broken. Defective breast pumps and fertility monitors are warranted by the manufacturers and should be returned to them for repair or replacement.For MediJector Insulin Injectors: Open packages can not be returned. All warranty claims must be made with the manufacturer. For CardioChek Testing Strips: Open, used or expired test strips are not returnable. If the item is found to be defective by the manufacturer, the item may be exchanged or returned for a refund
