WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. We will happily process a refund or exchange (if available) within 30 days of purchase, assuming the item is in its original packaging, manufacturer tags are still intact, and the item is in unused condition. Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. If the purchase was sent with "free shipping," the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. Return processing time generally takes a few days.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER We work hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately. We will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
WHAT IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING? In the unfortunate case of items damaged or lost during shipping, we will arrange to have the damaged items picked up and new replacements sent at no cost to you.
