Returns and exchanges for jewelry purchases are gladly accepted if received within 30 days of date of shipment and accompanied by a sales receipt. All items must be in new condition and cannot show signs of wear or have been altered in anyway. Watches are subject to a strict 15 day return policy, after that time, damaged or defective watches must be directed to the manufacturer’s service center for repair or replacement. More specific details can be located on the warranty card included with each purchase.
For higher priced items, we highly suggest insuring your package for the full purchase amount. For gift recipients, we will be happy to refund the purchaser upon your request, or you may choose a non-refundable merchandise credit. All returns and exchanges must be sent to:

Once received, returns usually take 3-4 business days to process. At this time, returns cannot be brought back to a Sears store, they must be sent to the address above. If you attempt to return an item after 45 days, a return authorization is required. If a late return is accepted, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your order.
