Returns & Refunds Products sold by ValueMax are covered by our 30-day return period. No return will be accepted after 30 days of delivery. Buyer must contact us directly within 30 days of delivery for return or replacement. When writing to us to arrange for return, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with the merchandise. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by ValueMax must accompany all returns. All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Packages without RMA number or with expired RMA number will be refused. Please note that items purchased from us need to be returned directly to us and not to Amazon.com. If the buyer would like to cancel the order after order placement, the buyer must contact us directly by email or by phone before order is processed and shipped. ValueMax will gladly cancel your order and issue full refund if order has not been processed and shipped. Once the item is shipped, order cannot be cancelled. In such cases buyer must follow normal return procedure. If buyer do not want the item and refuse the package, buyer is responsible for 2 way shipping cost and 15% restocking fee.

All products must be returned unopened, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories, parts or documents. ValueMax will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, not on the product package. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All shipping related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases. All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned above. In all cases, you must obtain a RMA number from ValueMax through Amazon.com communication channels. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
