RETURN POLICY
Z Grills hopes that you love your new pellet grill, but we also want you to be fully satisfied. Any purchase made through Z Grills may be cancelled within 24 hours with no fees. Any cancellation made after 24 hours from the initial purchase will be subject to our return policy, as detailed below. We accept the return of defective products for 30 days from the date of delivery. All merchandise must be returned unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. After receipt, returned items will be inspected and a refund will be applied within 3 business days of receiving the returned product. We only accept returns from purchases made through Sears website. If you purchased through an authorized dealer, please contact them directly.
DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING/DELIVERY, MISSING ITEMS, SHIPPING/DELIVERY ERRORS If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or in need of replacement parts, contact Zgrills' customer care at 1-833-947-4557 within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.
