To request a return, other than a warranty issue, your request and return must within 30 days of the original delivery date. A customer service representative will help you with the return process by emailing
[email protected] or calling 1-833-801-9334. Customer Service will assign you a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and supply you with return address information.
An authorized RMA number must be listed on the return shipping documentation for product acceptance and for a refund to be issued. GProducts LLC will accept products that are returned in the same condition as when it arrived to you. Item/s should be in re-sellable, like-new condition and in the original packaging whenever possible. All returns must be packaged and shipped in a manner as to prevent any damage to the product resulting from insufficient packaging.
The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs incurred on customer preference changes. If material is received damaged, the customer must email
[email protected] or call 833-801-9334 within 2 business days. GProducts LLC will be responsible for return shipping on damages caused during shipping.
Customer must notify GProducts LLC of all manufacturer defects within 60 days of purchase by email at

GProducts LLC will be responsible for return shipping on items with manufacturing defects. *Upon receipt of your returned package, GProducts LLC will perform a quality inspection.
