Return Policy
• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (45 days for Shop Your Way Members) • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues: • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items: • No returns are accepted on HOLIDAY items, including Valentine, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Mardi Gras, St. Patrick’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, 4th of July (Independence Day) and Christmas product after the holiday. Holiday season items purchased after the holiday are final sales and no returns will be accepted.
• Custom and personalized items cannot be returned. Cancelations:
• Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours after the order is placed. If you have not canceled your order within allowed period please follow return instruction and return the item(s) in original condition back to Fire Fit Designs for refund, once the order is received. Additional Fees:
• A 15% cancellation fee will be charged on any Special Order Item cancelled more than one day after purchase, but prior to delivery. Refunds:
