We provide a very simple return policy to all our customers as no customer buy anything so they can return it later; however, due to some circumstances, they request to return the merchandise. The returns are rare and thus, we make it as easy as possible. Please find below our cancellation and return policy in details: Cancellation request: We have a completely automated process so we can process, ship & deliver the orders as fast as possible to our customers. We do not guarantee any cancellation; however, we try our best to cancel the order as soon as we receive a request to avoid an unnecessary return. If the orders are not processed or shipped, we will be more than happy canceling the order; however, if the order is processed, we will not be able to cancel an order and it will be treated as simple return such as accidental order, no longer needed, etc., Return Policy: You may return all new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item should be in the condition it was received and in the original box and/or packaging. If the item is being returned for reasons such as Buyer’s Remorse, Accidental Order, Cancellation after ship out (and/or after processed), no longer needed/wanted, etc., the buyer will have to bear the return shipping charges. Please note that there is a restocking fee of 20%. To avoid a 20% restocking fee on consumer electronics, patio furniture, gazebos, canopies, pergolas, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, space heaters & grills, these items must be returned unused & with the original box, product packaging, accessories & parts. - A 20% processing/restocking fee is charged for returned mattresses, foundations, assembled/upholstered indoor furniture, water heaters, & built-in home appliances. - Restocking fees do not apply when an item is returned as defective or because an incorrect product was delivered. We cannot accept any return unless we have issued an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #). The RMA# is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. The products must be returned with valid tracking number. There will be no guarantee of return if the product is returned without any valid tracking number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label if the return is a result of our error (errors include incorrect product, defective, etc. C) DAMAGE/DEFECT POLICY: We make sure that the products are delivered without any damage or dent; however, we do not have any control when the order is in transit. We accept all damage complaint within 7 days from the date of delivery. We may try to accept the return post 7 days; however, there is no guarantee as the shipping carrier may or may not accept any damage complaint. Please note that pictures showing the damage must be sent as soon as the damage is reported. It is important to show the shipping carrier and the manufacturers to expedite the return request. If only a part of the product is damaged, we will either replace the part or will process a partial refund so you can get it fixed instead of calling the entire unit back. We are not responsible if the products are damaged due to mishandling or due to incorrect assembling. All sales are final post 30 days from the date of delivery.
