However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item.
Please keep the following in mind: 1. Returned jewelry must be in its original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with the original packaging and tags for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. AVORA carefully inspects every item that is shipped out to our customers to ensure the best quality possible.

If the purchase was made using any of our current promotions such as buy 2, get 10% off ; buy 3, get 15% off ; buy 4, get 20% off, we will only accept returns of the entire purchase order and not individual items from that purchase order. You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please do not ship your item back to us prior to obtaining an RMA number.
