RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If you need to return or exchange any item purchased from OnlineTires. Any one of our tire technicians will be glad to assist you. We will accept returns in compliance with the return policy below. All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Only unused product that have not been driven on are eligible for return. Please follow the return instructions to ensure that no shipping damage or error will occur.
RETURN CHECK LIST TIRES ONLY
Original strapping should be completely intact and in their original packaging. Straps must not be broken. (If not, please ship tires individually and DO NOT tape them together, for the tape might break and other pairs may be lost; OnlineTires.com will not be responsible for any missing pairs). Tires should not be damaged, installed or used in any way.
Each tire should be clearly labeled with your return address and OnlineTires.com address even when strapped to another tire. Packing slip with Return Authorization Number should be taped securely on tire.
