This additional use will impact the lifespan, especially for products with electronic or moving parts. To get the most out of your product it is critical that the product is installed and used properly. Incorrect usage or installation will void any warranty rights.
If you experience an issue with a product within one year of purchase, please contact us and let us know what happened. Depending on the circumstances, we will work with you to repair or replace the product. The cost involved will depend on how the product was used and damaged. Products that have a problem after one year from the purchase date are no longer under warranty but please contact us if you have a concern. We will make every effort to provide a reasonable resolution.
