We accept returns within a window of 30 days from the delivery date. No returns will be accepted without the permission given by Customer Service. Items returned without contacting customer service will not be entertained. We’ll provide the shipping label to customers once they ask for it. Once they send the item back, the refund process will take 2-3 business days.
Shipping costs to return the item will be reimbursed if the return is a result of our error. If you face any query, please contact Customer Service with all the relevant details so you can be assisted better. As we do not offer a direct exchange, we ask customers to place a new order and return the unwanted separately. The shipping cost of return won’t be refunded in these cases.
The shipping cost will be refunded if the return is a result of Kloth Square (supply chain) error. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact Customer service with your PO number, Order number and mention what item you received so you can be provided a return label for that item.
After item(s) is returned, a refund process is completed within 2 weeks of the return date. Please understand that this time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days). Customer service will notify the customer once the returned item has been received and verified. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If a customer wants to cancel the order, it should be requested within 12 hours after placing the order. After 12 hours the order will be processed and the order will not be canceled once it gets processed. Please email us before returning any items.
