- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. All returned items must be unused and in original packaging. We will charge 15% restocking fee for unused item in original packaging. And you will pay the shipping cost. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be issued and must be filled out for processing. Postage and handling fee is not refundable for a non-faulty item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY USED PRODUCTS BACK AS RETURNS. - Please check your item upon delivery. If the item is damaged in transit, please email us pictures so we can send you the replacement parts. * IF YOU USE/ASSEMBLE AN ORDER THAT ARRIVES DAMAGED, YOU HAVE VOIDED THE WARRANTY FOR YOUR PURCHASE. If you want to return the whole damaged item, please contact us within 21 days (FedEx requirement) upon delivery and send pictures so that we can issue FedEx damage call tag to pick up the damaged item.

- For manufacturing defect, please notify us in 30 days upon delivery for replacement parts. - ALWAYS TAKE INVENTORY CHECK OF YOUR DELIVERY UPON ARRIVAL - If we are not contacted within 30 days of the initial delivery, customer will be responsible for the purchase of missing parts and shipping. - For products that are damaged due to acts of nature (i.e. rain, hail, wind, sleet, snow, and ice) and items damaged from inclement and being left up overnight (Not Recommended), the customer will be responsible for the purchase of ALL replacement parts. We are not to be held responsible for items damaged due to any act of nature.

- Winter Conditions for Tents: Freezing weather conditions can be problematic for event tents, but they don’t have to be. Tents, canopies, structures, and shelters are not designed to carry any type of snow and/or ice loading. Also, plastic products can become brittle when forced to endure extremely cold environments, which can make them prone to cracking and shattering. The materials manufactured for our units are not recommended to be put into used if any form of freezing weather is present or expected (i.e. – wind, ice, snow, etc.).
