Purchases without delivery or installation - 45 days Purchases with delivery or installation - 30 days

Shipped returns will deduct applicable shipping charges from your refund, unless the return is a result of our error. Purchases made between November 1st and December 24th have an extended return period through January 31st for non-members and either January 31st or 45 days from date of purchase for members, whichever is longer. 30 days Return time period begins from the date of delivery or installation.
You have 3 days to notify us of any damages (see RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS and OTHER TERMS). Cancellation, restocking and delivery pick up fees may apply (see RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS and OTHER TERMS).
