pIf for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item sold by Savings Kingdom, you can return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals & parts, with your original receipt, for a refund or exchange per the terms & conditions outlined below. For most items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to make a return with some exceptions. Please see our return policy exceptions & special terms below./p
pItems should be returned in their original product packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included. All returns require an RA (Return Authorization) number which will be given by a Savings Kingdom Customer Service Representative: [email protected]. Please insure the RA number appears clearly on the outside of the return shipment. Please do not mark the original product packaging or the product itself in any other way. The RA number will be valid for 10 calendar days, after which the return will not be accepted. A return shipping label will be provided by a Savings Kingdom Customer Service Representative. Original and return shipping + handling costs will be deducted from the refund amount for returns other than in the following situations: returns due to damage, defects, or material difference. Savings Kingdom reserves the right to refuse returns on any shipment that does not meet the above requirements. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Savings Kingdom will test/inspect the returned product to deem if it is eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to limit or decline a refund or exchange./p
pstrongItem Damaged in Shipping/strong/p pAny damages present on an item at the time of delivery must be reported within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. pstrongValid Shipping Address/strong/p pThe customer is responsible for providing a Valid and Complete shipping address during check-out. If Savings Kingdom finds an address to be incorrect pre-shipment, the customer will be sent a notification via email. The customer will have 24 hours to provide a corrected or alternate address. If a proper address is not provided within the 24 hour period, the order will be cancelled. If an item is shipped and the address provided is Wrong, Invalid or Undeliverable a refund will be issued upon return of the product by the shipping carrier. Original and return shipping + handling costs will be deducted from the refund amount/p
