We at BNF Home are a Sears.com partners with Marketplace sellers, a third party businesses who sell items on Sears.com. These items cannot be returned or exchanged at a Sears store and must be returned directly to us the Marketplace seller.

~DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS~ We guarantee that all our products are of the highest quality and manufactured with our customers in mind. There are times however, where something may happen during production that is out of our control. We apologize for these situations and any inconvenience it may cause you. If you happen to receive an item that isn't as it should be, please contact us immediately so we are able to help with the situation.

Carefully examine your purchases upon delivery. Customers must report any visible damage (including stains, tears, smudges, snags, handprints, marks or other damage) to any of our products within 72 hours of home delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange based upon such visible damage. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within 72 hours, you cannot obtain a refund or exchange because of the visible damage. To report damages & obtain the required claim number, call 1-844-381-0111 between 9:30 a.m. & 5:30 p.m. CST Monday – Friday

Please provide a detailed description and a photo of any damaged areas so we are able to understand the situation. Any item that is considered to be damaged or defective will be covered under our Company Policy and the customer will be provided a paid return label. Once the item is received we will ship out a replacement unless requested otherwise by the customer.

If you have received an item that was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and get a replacement to you. ~NO LONGER WANTED/NEEDED ITEMS~
We do accept returns for other reasons, but do not cover the cost of the return shipping: *Color didn't match decor
*Customer didn't like the color *Accidental Order/Incorrect Size selected at checkout
*Too Big/Small for need ~INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED~
Unfortunately, there are times that we may make a mistake. If you receive anything other than what is stated on your invoice, please let us know immediately so we can correct the problem.
We will NEVER purposely send you an item that is other than what you ordered and will pay for the return shipping of the unwanted item. After receiving the return we will send out the correct unless instructed otherwise. ~NON-ACCEPTED RETURNS~

*Any items that have been damaged by the customer (cutting the product while opening packaging, not using the recommended treatment settings) No matter what your reason is for your return, we are here to help you. **Please note that any returns wished to be picked up from your location must be requested by the customer prior to the label being provided **Expedited Shipping will NOT be refundable.

**All items returned are inspected before a refund will be issued. **We value our customers above everything else and want them to have a safe and enjoyable time shopping within the Sears Marketplace. Any items that are returned as a damage or defect and are received without any damages or defects, will be reported to Sears.
