right away, we will do whatever it takes to help you achieve 100% satisfaction. The first step is to email us to request a Return or Warranty Authorization. In order to speed up the process, please include the issue with the unit, your name, shipping address, model number, and order number.

Due to the size and activity of our warehouse, we cannot accept nor be responsible for items and shipping charges if the item is shipped to us without a prior consent and a Return
Authorization number. We will walk you through the return process. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of receiving the product.
