1. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the item.
2. In order to receive a full refund, all merchandise must be returned in the original condition received. 3. If the item was correctly described but you want to return, you will be reimbursed the cost of the item minus the return shipping and initial shipping cost if the initial shipping cost was not free.
