Items returned laundered, worn or without original packaging are not refundable or exchangeable. Important notes about returning undergarments and intimates are in original packing and not worn

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on.
