Requirements for a Refund/Exchange For a complete no hassle refund, all items returned must be in new condition as when sent to you, product most be unsused and unoppened, Items most be returned with all original packaging and accessories if any.

IMPORTANT - The item must be in new, unused condition. Medicines OTC products are not returnable once opened and used. Other items must be free of pet hair, damage, dirt, odor, etc. We will refuse any return that is not in new condition. IMPORTANT - The item must be returned with the original product packaging and tags.

Please ensure your return or exchange meets the 2 important guidelines above. If so, return the item to the address on the package. Please make sure to include a note with your order number or user ID on it and a brief description of what you would like to do (ex: Return for money back, or exchange for different size, etc). For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost to reship the new item to you.
If you are returning the item for money back, we will issue a refund minus the cost we had to pay to ship the item to you. This includes “Free shipped” items. If you are requesting an exchange, A new one will be malied once we receive your return. If you are exchanging for an item that cost more than the original item, you are responsible for paying the price difference. Defective or damaged items must be reported to us immediately. We can request proof of damage in the form of photos via email. Refusal may delay your refund or exchange. Please inspect your order at receipt if apparent damage is noticed refuse it back to the shipper.
Don’t discard a damaged packaged until you have contacted us first. Any pet electronic device must have all original packaging and UPC or serial number We will ship a replacement item free of charge. If the item becomes defective after it was used, please contact the manufacturer for its warranty.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible for all shipping charges including the shipping charge to reship an exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
