If you are not satisfied, simply contact me for return authorization and return the purchase in its original packaging with the original receipt for a refund or exchange. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of order date. This is a marketplace item and cannot be returned or exchanged at Sears stores.
Please use your own shipping label when returning and it is recommended that to use an insured and trackable service. If the item is incorrect or defective a prepaid shipping label will be provided and original shipping charges will be refunded. Please securely repack the return items, preferably, using the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Nearly all items are eligible for return per this policy except for the following: - Apparel or footwear that has had the labels or tags removed or has been worn.
