Return Policy:

Our return policy is one of the most obligated policy today. PulseUniform has a money back guarantee on products returned within 30 days on some circumstances. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for an RMA. Once you receive an RMA via email all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order All returns must include the following or otherwise it will be rejected:

. Product purchased from Pulseuniform . Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)

. All accessories, manuals, with tag, well packed etc. . Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)

. Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order Additional Return Requirements and Policy:

1. An RMA number must be requested within (30th Days) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Restocking fee upto 15% will be applied on returns having no fault or defect from our side like sizing issue/ change of mind/ not as expected etc. Note: Item received damage/Burn/Washed/Any Spots, without tags are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.

2. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless there is defect or fault from our side. 3. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping procedure
