Return Policy
Returns must be made upon request. You may request a return of your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted after the item has been installed or used. Unless your item is received damaged, or an item was mis-shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of shipping you the item initially. There may be additional shipping and handling fees for items that have free outbound shipping. 15% restocking fee and deduction of return shipping costs apply to returns due to customer choice or customer error. Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide our representatives with the shipment tracking number. Items must be returned with the original packaging materials, including the original securely sealed box, Styrofoam panels, accessories, and instruction manuals. Shipping fees & restocking fees do not apply when item is returned as defective or because incorrect product was delivered.



Additional Damage Policy All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely. Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it. If there is minor damage to the packaging, but you don’t notice anything on the unit itself, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment. In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it, please notify us immediately. Please notify us of any damages on the product or packaging within 24 hours of receipt via email or phone.

Damage Policy For Orders delivered via Freight (Large Appliances) : IMPORTANT:
- Customer is responsible for inspecting the order for obvious and concealed damage at the time of delivery. This includes unwrapping the item to inspect for concealed damage. - If an item is found to be majorly damaged, the customer should refuse delivery of the item and notify us immediately.
- Taking delivery of an item constitutes acceptance of ownership of the item and in the case of damaged items (including concealed damage), shifts the responsibility to the customer for item repair and filing a claim for damage reimbursement with the freight carrier. - Minor shipping damage or missing parts, must be noted on the freight carrier signature form or Bill Of Lading. Failure to note damage or missing parts constitutes acceptance of ownership of the item and shifts the responsibility to the customer for item repair, purchasing missing parts, and filing a claim for damage/missing part reimbursement with the freight carrier.
