This unit has an Energy Efficiency Ratio of 11.3 for greater energy conservation. The slide in-out chassis and the easy installation kit facilitate easy window mount process and maintenance. This air conditioner comes with 12,000 BTU cooling capacity for rooms up to 550 sq. ft. and a heating capacity of 11,200 BTU for up to 450 sq. ft. This unit can be transformed to the main heat source when the temperature falls below 45 degree F. The dehumidification mode can absorb up to 3.3 pints per hour to control humidity. The Gold Fin anti-corrosion coating on the coil adds further protection to this appliance. Letting you save money on replacements is the washable and reusable filter this unit comprises.
