How to Use It?
Step 1
When wearing, if the brace is not easy to wear, you can gently bend the metal strip outward.
Step 2
Fix the strap around the back of your hand and adjust the tightness to avoid discomfort caused by excessive tightening.
Step 3
Keep your thumb muscles relaxed, and lightly touch the thumb and forefinger to make an “O†shape.
Step 4
Squeeze the metal strip to fit the base of your thumb.
