The timer counts down remaining time until done, then shifts to WARM automatically. It will also count up the time it has been operating on WARM for up to 6-hours to help maintain food temperature and flavor. With 6-quart, removable, dishwasher-safe stoneware. Glass lid is dishwasher-safe as well. Recipes included.
