I purchased the Sony 9.4” Touch screen Android and it stopped working. I purchased the repair agreement and can’t find my receipt. How can I get a copy and what department do I need to talk with?

  1. It took some sleuthing but I found the reset instructions for the tablet. You might try to perform the reset before you return it if you liked the tablet.

    However, if it was a piece of garbage and you still want to return it you should be able to go into your purchase history if you are a signed up for Shop Your Way Rewards and get the relevant contract number & receipt number. Hope this helps.
