how do i get reimbursed for the $5 I spent when the cashier told me the computer was down and couldn\’t use my SYWR\’s?! :(

  1. I don't think they'll be able to adjust the points Unredeemed or Redeemed, I've tried myself once actually.

If you were unable to redeem your Shop Your Way Rewards points due to technical issues, the $5 in Rewards points should still be available to use in your Account.
