Tory Leather's Dog Line - Narrow Padded Collars with a Center Dee and Solid Brass Hardware. The Center Dee makes it easier to hook the leash. 5/8'' collar plus padding makes a good collar for the smaller dogs. To get the proper size, measure the dog's neck and add 2 inches. That size will fit in the middle hole. We use five holes in our collars.
