What do I bring with me to the store?
Bring your "Ready for Pickup" email and photo ID.
How does it work?
Select "Free Store Pickup" and your preferred store before you add an item to your cart.
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email and, later, a "Ready for
Pickup" email that indicates your order is in store and is being held for you.
In-Store Pickup: Head to the Service Desk or see an associate at any register.
Present your "Ready for Pickup" email and photo ID.
How do I know that an item is available for pickup?
You can check an item's pickup availability on the item page. Be sure to enter or update
the ZIP code, located just below the item’s listed price. Items will either be in stock and
available for Free Store Pickup, due in store for pickup within a few days** or not available for pickup.
**Items that are due in store at a future date are, generally, not stocked in the store or
are currently out of stock. Additional time allows for shipping from our warehouse.
Is every item eligible for pickup?
No, some items are only available for shipping or delivery.
When do I go to the store to pick up my order?
Go to the store after you have received a "Ready for Pickup" email.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, you may send someone else to pick up your order. During the checkout process, be sure to check the "Someone else will pick up my order" box. You will need to supply the name and email address of the designated person. We will send them an email, which they will need to bring to the store as identification.

Will my car or truck be big enough for the item?
Always check the dimensions of the item you're purchasing. If you don't think an item will fit in your vehicle, you may also choose to have your item(s) shipped or delivered. See Shipping Methods.
How do I cancel or return my purchase?
To cancel an order placed for pickup, contact Customer Service at 1-866-562-7848. You may process your return at a Kmart store. See our Return Policy.
How do I enable location services for the Kmart app?
On an Apple device: tap Settings > Privacy > Location Services; make sure Location Services is enabled; tap Kmart app icon and make sure the Always option is checked.
On an Android device, tap Settings > Location and make sure Location/Location Services/Location Reporting is enabled.
How do I download the Kmart app?
You can download the app from the Apple’s App Store or Android’s Google Play store.
What are the store hours?
Store hours vary. Use our Store Locator to find your store, and click on the location to see the store’s hours. Store hours will also appear on “Order Confirmation” and "Ready for Pickup" emails.
