    Thank you for posting your question in the MyKmart Community!

    Have you signed into Kmart to see what your "about me" is set at? Here you will be able to check what preferences are set up such as emails and phone.

    Another place you can check is the SYWR where you can also double check how your account is set up.

    If this does not take care of the issue you can check with Kmart Chat and they can help you further on getting this changed for you.
