  1. Hi, dzahner200. Can you please share a little more info on the issue you encountered? What was the exact coupon offer? At which store location did you attempt to redeem this coupon? We'll be happy to help you with this!

      I've had the exact same issue twice now. First I had a $10 one that did not load, and then today a $3 one. I contacted the phone support number about both and they're looking into it, but they said it could take up to 30 days, which is really annoying. Store location on mine was 601 WOODMAN DR

      P.S.: They also told me that in the future if there is a barcode, then I should print it out and bring it into the store, because of the issues that they've been having. Unfortunately, only some of these offers include barcodes.
