They don’t want to give me points

Yesterday I made a purchase at Kmart in-store and I had two coupons loaded to my account, one was $5 off $35 and the other was $10 in points on 50 dollar purchase. Total paid was over $130. Looked at receipt today, neither coupon had been added. Cashier scanned rewards card twice, second time because she thought she might have forget to, but realised it was already applied.
