I’m a kmart rewards member and I made a purchase today and tried to apply points to my purchase but The cashier said I didn’t have any sufficient points to use towards my purchase. However at the end of the transaction she read off my receipt to me that stated different. I have over thousands of points but it would not let me redeem them??! She said I had to go online to find out Why?
