I registered today to set an online acct because I need to add my pts from recent Rx purchase as system @ my store was down but am unable to get my same ID # to post my pts to my existing acct. Please help!

    Can you please confirm you clicked 'Join or Activate' button in the top right corner of www.shopyourway.com/rewards and then selected 'Activate your store account' in the pop up window? What error message did you receive?
