Question

I done a app for the lease to go but it said it couldn’t be processed at the time so i called customer service they didn’t know why and told me to email kmart@whynotleaseit.com but I’ve yet to hear from them.

      I called 855*949*6685 and they told me to email kmart@whynotleaseit.com but you don' ever her back from them either. I must say it's terrible customer service skills on behalf of Kmart. My question is if they don't know anything how are they going to send you a letter?
