It could take up to seven days to receive these points. If you feel it has been seven days or more, please call our Shop Your Way Rewards Customer Service Team at 1.800.991.8708 (8 AM-11 PM CST, 7 days a week, except for certain holidays) for help investigating why you have not received the points as expected.
