I bought a Bongo watch from the store in Clemmons, NC on Monday. When I took it out of the box and set the time, it ran for about a minute and then stopped completely. I took it back on Wednesday and traded it for a different Bongo watch. It ran well so a few hours and then started losing time. What can I do?

    I am sorry that you are having issues with your newly purchased Bongo watch!

    When you exchanged the first one, were you able to see if anyone else was having issues with this specific watch? If not, it might be best to take it back in and talk with an associate whom is working in the jewelry department to see if they have any additional information for you.

    Have you tried replacing the battery yet to see if this is the main cause?
