eReceipts are sent to my old email address & won’t let me update my eReceipts email-why?

I was able to update my email address but my old email is listed as my ‘preferred’ email address. When I try to change it by typing the new one in the box and clicking on ‘update’, it says either my email address or SYWRewards number is invalid??!!Help

    I am sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with changing your email address. Please call our SYWR Representatives at 1.800.991.8708 (8 AM-11 PM CST, 7 days a week, except for certain holidays) and they will be able to help you further by pulling up your account and helping to see what issues are occurring.
