Does anyone in the Community have a great recipe for Irish Soda Bread or Corned Beef & Cabbage for St. Pat’s Day?

Irish Soda Bread and Corned Beef and Cabbage

  1. I don't go by measurements, and it depends if the other people want it a certain way. The corned beef in the packaging tends to be extremely salty sometimes, so I will drain some of the sauce and add more water or liquid, before adding the vegetables. I prefer just a little white wine in mine, and other people like horseradish (on top of theirs) that is pink/purple (think it has beets), and I put, potatoes, celery, parsley, cabbage, garlic, carrots, and some onions/perhaps shallots. I probably forgot something. Oh, I used to get a package that also put in coriander seeds. Some people will add some black peppercorns.

I tend to make other types of bread, and buy that in the bakery.

  2. Ooohhh, these look amazing! I don't have a recipe but will definitely be looking for a couple on Pinterest now. :)
