You probably already know that exercise is good for your health, but finding the time to work out can be a real challenge. You could join a gym and spend time commuting there each day, but there are other, more practical, ways to get the exercise you need.
With a few simple changes, you can incorporate healthy exercise into your everyday life. You don’t have to change your lifestyle or give up the things you love. A few easy changes can get you moving and make you feel better for years to come.

Park at the end of the lot

One of the simplest ways to get more exercise is to just park at the end of the lot. Instead of circling the parking lot looking for the closest spot, head to the far end of the parking lot and walk to the front door. Parking at the far end of the lot is a great way to enjoy more healthful exercise without making a major change in your life.

Walk around at work

Chances are you spend a lot of your day at work. Make that time healthier and more productive by taking a walk during your breaks and at lunchtime. Grab a couple of like-minded co-workers and enjoy a stroll around the grounds a couple of times a day. You’ll be glad you did.
